Well…. Saturday Kelly and I zoomed 21.16 miles. WOW she was a trooper- and a runner. As she looked and asked God for help, he provided. In my little running circles, no one would have ever thought she could have done it, nor did she. But what impressed me the most was how much she ran during the 21.16 mile run. I thought that if we could have slugged through 15 miles we’d walk the last 5 or so. BUT NO. She ran the whole thing. Well, we employed a run 7 minutes, walk 2 minutes- and it worked.
So Chi Town- Git ready,

SO I thought for my self therapy that I’d blog a little every day or so. My thoughts will sometimes be random, sometimes heavy, and I’m sure at times…. off the wall. So… here goes…. I didn’t run this morning, but I did do 6 @ pace yesterday- 8:01. Not to bad. Tomorrow Kelly and I will knock out her first 20 mile run/walk. Yahooo. Maybe we can do it under 5 hours- maybe. I’m still thinking about Bill’s message Weds night at Mtn Top. Let go of bad anger, and hold on to good anger. Stuffer Vs Venter. I’ll keep thinking and pondering (I’ve got 20 miles for pondering tomorrow). I am blessed today in more ways than I know! Thank you God. Zoom Zoom,
